The disputes team prides itself in representing leading multinationals and corporate climes in a range of specialist and high-value disputes, such as contested liquidation proceedings, merger disputes, M&A transactions, restructuring, high-stakes funds disputes & contractual enforcement matters.

As part of a role in a competitive and innovative industry, you will have a minimum of 3 PQE, up to 10 PQE with a solid and demonstrable experience in insolvency litigation, commercial litigation & professional negligence/insurance litigation.
