A leading domestic firm are seeking a junior litigation solicitor to join their Debt Recovery & Insolvency team in their Belfast Office.

The main responsibilities of the role (among others) will be:

  • Advising on all aspects of Insolvency and Restructuring
  • Handling debt recovery and asset recovery, and repossession cases in small claims and county court
  • Commencing Insolvency Proceedings (Bankruptcy and Liquidation) on behalf of Creditors

The ideal candidate will have between 0-3 years PQE and will have litigation/dispute resolution experience.
