Excellent opportunity for an experienced dispute resolution lawyer in Birmingham seeking partnership within a forward thinking and progressive UK law firm.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly experienced national dispute resolution team with a great mix of clients including; FTSE 100 and Euro 200 companies, energy providers, household name brands, IT companies, automotive clients, manufacturing as well as shareholders of SMEs, partners and directors of professional firms. The work is high quality and covers the full spectrum of dispute resolution. The team are regularly instructed on domestic and cross-border matters from injunctive relief in cases of fraud to complex contractual disputes, arbitrations, professional negligence claims and shareholder disputes. The lawyers utilise all aspects of alternative dispute resolution including mediation and expert determination.

As part of its ambitious growth plans, our client is now looking to recruit an experienced dispute resolution lawyer to join the firm's Birmingham team.
This is a great opportunity for an existing Partner looking to move away from a traditional private practice law firm or for a Senior Associate looking to take the step up to Partnership but who is not interested in the equity partnership structure.
The successful dispute resolution lawyer will be able to demonstrate substantial experience of leading on a broad range of complex litigation matters and the ability to foster strong client relationships. We are interested in hearing from well networked and entrepreneurial commercial litigation lawyers with the desire and ability to work in a proactive manner and a proven track record of delivering excellent advice and good value for money.
