Director of Compliance (International Law Firm)

A top international law firm are searching for a Compliance Director (EMEA) to join their team in Jersey.

This is a senior role requiring deep technical expertise in Jersey regulation, alongside a proven track record in key person appointments and advising at board and executive level.

The successful individual will lead and develop compliance advisory teams across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with senior stakeholders and regulators. Experience within fund administration and/or investor services would be highly advantageous, reflecting a key growth area for the firm.

Strong leadership capability, commercial judgement and the ability to operate confidently in a multi-jurisdictional environment are essential.
