Derivatives Legal Counsel – NQ+

An incredible role at an asset management company for a derivatives lawyer as they undergo growth and significant expansion.

Your responsibilities will include:

– drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of derivative trading documentation including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, clearing and collateral agreements;

– leading on regulatory change projects, advising on EMIR regulatory reporting agreements and governance requirements;

– working closely with the broader team including compliance and corporate legal function, as well as stakeholders n the asset management function including treasury and the front office;

– working on high-profile strategic projects.
