Derivatives and Securitisation Solicitor – Top 20 Law firm – London.

Taylor Root have been instructed on a new role with a Top 20 law firm, who are looking an experienced Securitisation Solicitor to join them on an initial 4 week project working closely on Derivatives & Securitisation. This role will be based in the London office.

The firm are known for their excellence across various sectors, being ranked highly for several different areas of expertise. You will be joining the highly ranked Finance team, where you will be assisting with derivatives and securitisation.

The team advises on derivative products of all asset classes, from credit and commodity to FX and equity derivatives. Due to the reach of the firm and team, the deals are often cross-border in nature. Clients include financial institutions, large corporations, pension funds, investment funds and energy companies.

The successful Finance Solicitor is likely to have experience dealing with derivatives and securities, coming from another top 50 law firm and will be available to start a new role towards the end of May.
