Are you a talented and experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer looking for a new challenge? Join our client’s esteemed defendant clinical negligence team in the North West as an Associate or Senior Associate. The partners are seeking a dedicated professional to handle a dynamic caseload of litigated claims, including high-value and complex clinical negligence matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims.
Handle high-value and complex litigated claims with proficiency and attention to detail.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
Conduct detailed investigations, prepare witness statements, and liaise with medical experts.
Draft legal documents, prepare cases for trial, and represent clients in court.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.


Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in defendant clinical negligence.
Proven track record of managing high-value and complex litigated claims.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
