We have a unique position within the Real Estate Credit Risk Portfolio Management space. The position is working for a bank with an Ethical and Sustainable approach. There is the opportunity for significant personal development and within an excellent working environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Experience of Credit Rating Models
  • Portfolio Oversight for UK corporate real estate and lending portfolios
  • Lead the improvements and developments to macro risk analysis and stress testing
  • ICAAP, IRB and IFRS exposure and insights
  • Developing the MI for the portfolio level credit risk

Requires:

  • Experience of 5 years plus in Credit Risk Portfolio Management and experienced within Real Estate
  • Analytical and numerate mindset
  • SAS would be highly beneficial
  • Proactive, able to influence senior stakeholders and senior management
  • Ability to bring out the best in your team and have a genuine interesting in their development
  • Self starting, high attention to detail and able to deliver high quality outcomes
