Corporate Tax 1-3PQE – International firm
This international firm is looking to hire a new associate into its highly ranked Corporate Tax team, at the 1-3PQE level.
Working with some of the largest businesses in the world, you’ll be part of a team which advises clients in respect of:
- Cross-border M&A planning
- International Tax planning
- Insolvency and Restructuring
- Debt finance
- VAT and indirect tax
- Fund formation
This is an opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions and tax planning, ensuring tax-efficient implementation and execution to meet client needs.
You’ll be expected to demonstrate significant experience in dealing with complex tax issues and structures, have city based training or a strong regional firm and excellent academics.
