Corporate Solicitor – Market Leading Firm
My client, a market leading firm, are currently looking to hire a junior to mid-level corporate solicitor to join their team in their Dublin office.
The role will include work in the following areas:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Corporate Restructuring Commercial Contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Shareholder disputes
The ideal candidate for this role will have 1+ years PQE and will have gained previous corporate experience in a medium to large firm.
