Corporate Solicitor, 3-6 PQE

A Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join its dynamic and growing team based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with at least three years’ post-qualification experience to work on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters.

You’ll be part of small, agile deal teams, giving you exposure to a wide variety of transactions and the autonomy to take real ownership of your work. The team advises a diverse client base, from innovative start-ups to major international businesses, with a strong focus on the technology, retail, manufacturing, and finance sectors. Much of the work has an international dimension, offering valuable experience in cross-border matters and strategic advisory projects.
