A Leading Energy law firm is looking for a Junior Corporate and Projects Associate (NQ-2PQE, including March 2024!)
The successful candidate will join the corporate and projects team to work on energy transactions and projects across the globe. The team focuses on energy and resources M&A transactions and projects, with a particular focus on cross-border matters, having worked on deals and projects in more than 40 jurisdictions. They have a broad experience in structuring and development of energy and resources projects, including in relation to shareholder arrangements, and is also advising on key industry project documents, including production sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, sales and transportation agreements, and royalty and streaming arrangements.
This represents an opportunity to focus on the energy sector to join a highly regarded and award-winning team, which includes recognition in Band 1 in Chambers & Partners.
You will be:
- NQ-2 PQE
- Magic circle/silver circle/leading US firm/leading energy firm background
- High quality academics from a leading university
- Energy/resources experience
- French language skills an advantage
