Corporate – PE, 3-6 PQE

US Law firm, with the most established practice in London, is looking to hire a Corporate PE associate with 3 – 6 years PQE, who is looking to further their interest and expertise in this area.

You will be and England & Wales lawyer, who has spent their career post qualification in the Corporate – Private Equity practice area.

You will be working with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies at all stages of the downstream investment cycle, from leverage buyouts and financings and refinancings to corporate restructuring and exits.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading London Corporate – PE team, working with several ranked PE lawyers, offering a cravath scaled salary.
