Corporate Paralegal – US law firm – London.
Taylor Root are currently working with an leading US law firm in their search for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their team. This is a permanent role and will be based in the firms London office.
Our client is a multinational law firm specialising in business, securities, and intellectual property law. Headquartered in California, the firms has partnered with technology, life sciences, venture capital & private equity firms and investment banks.
The firms London Corporate team represent companies at every stage of development, from entrepreneurial start-ups to multibillion pound global corporations. In this role you will be working closely with associates on private and public companies.
Duties will include preparing routine corporate documents (incorporation documents, board & shareholder minutes, indemnification agreements, and third party agreements), drafting agreements and preparing reports, assist on venture capital financings, debt financings, mergers, acquisitions and public offerings.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as Corporate Paralegal working for another leading law firm. Those with other transactional experience from a US firm will also be considered.
