Corporate – M&A Associate
The Firm:
A prominent international law firm with a strong presence in the legal industry is seeking a talented and dedicated Corporate M&A Associate to join their team.
The Role:
The role involves advising clients on various corporate transactional matters, with a strong focus on mergers and acquititions. The Associate will play a key role in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, performing due diligence and managing various aspects of the transaction process.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate must have:
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a strong focus on M&A
- Commercial aware and business development experience
- Strong analytical and drafting skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
