Corporate Solicitor – (Media, Brands, Technology) 5+ PQE

With an outstanding reputation for their work within the Tech and Media sectors, this firm are often the go to practice for this work. Due to their success, the corporate team is going through a growth period and as such, they are recruiting for 5+ PQE Solicitor to join their practice.

The firm’s corporate group has grown from strength to strength and they act for some of the largest UK and international blue- businesses, fast-growth companies and investors, including some of the biggest names in the media, technology and brands industry, as well as entrepreneurial, high growth businesses and the creative talent and investors behind them.

You will work on a broad scope of corporate matters, including; private M&A, Investment, business and asset transfer and corporate advisory work.

You will be a 5+ PQE UK qualified Solicitor, who has gained experience for a reputable city or regional practice in the UK.
