Corporate Lawyer in Birmingham
Our client is a leading UK law firm with offices across the country working together as one collaborative national team.
The firm's award winning national Corporate team is now looking to recruit a Senior Associate corporate lawyer to join its Birmingham team and work alongside the team of highly regarded partners who are known as leaders in their field. The team has particular expertise in dealing with Technology, Advance Manufacturing, Hotels and Leisure and Financial Services clients and regularly advises on cross-border work.
The team advise a great mix of clients to include; management teams, companies, investors and debt providers on everything from start up and first round finance, through M&A transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. As a Senior Associate in the team, you would work closely with clients and other professionals to deliver excellent service to clients.
Our client is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer with an excellent understanding and practical experience of advising on M&A, private equity, and/or venture capital work, excellent commercial skills and solid business development experience.
At this level, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, be a strong team player, have excellent project management skills and be an effective and supportive supervisor with experience of developing junior team members.
