This top-tier international law firm is offering the opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join the Corporate Energy & Infrastructure Team in London.
This is one of the world's top ranked energy and resources firms and as an associate you will be joining a growing power and infrastructure practice. There will also be the opportunity to work across the oil and gas sector from time to time.
You will be working on domestic and cross-border transactions for clients ranging from the private sector to government, to the utilities sector and regulators. You will work closely with leading Partners, both in the UK and across Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific regions. The firm can offer you international opportunities that only a global practice can provide.
Associates in this team will have high levels of responsibility whilst still working alongside a range of partners. You will also have the opportunity to manage client relationships and take carriage of matters.
You will have at least two years' post-qualification experience gained from a leading city or regional firm, with demonstratable experience across the M&A space. The ideal candidate will also have experience or an interest working in the power and/or infrastructure sectors.
