The Firm

Our client is respected for its expertise in high profile corporate transactions, representing banks, corporates and investment houses in the UK and abroad, while also managing transactions between the UK, China, Australia and across Europe. More specifically, the London Corporate team has a reputation for high-performance when it comes to public and private M&A transactions, join ventures, private equity, fundraising, emerging markets and equity capital markets.

The Role

Being part of the Corporate Team, will give you an early-on opportunity to engage with high value transactions in multiple jurisdictions. Given the team size, you’ll also be given a fair degree of ownership and responsibility to manage your own cases and make a name for yourself

Additionally, and based on the unique structure of the role, you’ll be given the chance to increase your exposure and sound knowledge of both M&A and ECM practice simultaneously, as both are core elements of the client’s work.

Finally, you’ll be engaging with a wide range of clients, from multinational corporates, banks and financial institutions to private equity, real estate groups, funds and investment houses.

The Candidate

You must be a qualified lawyer and have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in the UK, to apply for this role. It would be preferred if you have experience in an equally leading law firm in London, although not required.

You must also be confident to demonstrate a sound technical grounding in corporate law (especially M&A or ECM), although a combination of both would be ideal.

If you match the aforementioned criteria and you are intrigued by top-notch international corporate work, then get in touch with Irini Panagiotopoulou ( as soon as possible.
