This innovative insurance and re-insurance business is looking to appoint an experienced corporate insurance lawyer to its EMEA Legal Team in London.

In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including specialty re-insurance transactions, corporate and commercial contracts, intra-group agreements, group initiatives, IP/IT related matters and regulatory projects.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have circa 5-10 years’ PQE advising insurance and re-insurance clients on corporate and commercial work, In-house experience would be a plus.

This is a rare opportunity to join a vibrant and dynamic insurance and re-insurance business, working with exceptional people on strategic projects.
