Corporate Insurance, 8+

This global insurance and reinsurance group is looking to appoint its first UK Legal Counsel in London.

In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including corporate and transactional activities, intra-group reinsurance, commercial contracts (including GDPR/DP and IT Infrastructure), regulatory, financing work and strategic projects.

You will have trained and qualified in the Corporate Insurance Department of a top City law firm, have a minimum of 8 years’ PQE advising insurance and re-insurance clients on a wide range of matters, have ideally gained some experience In-House and have solid knowledge of the insurance and re-insurance world.

This is a rare opportunity for a technically strong lawyer to join a highly successful business and establish a legal team in the UK as the first UK Legal Counsel.
