ESG Paralegal Opportunity – Elite US Law Firm – Six-Month Contract

As an integral part of the ESG Team, the successful candidate will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including drafting SFDR disclosures, conducting ESG searches for M&A due diligence, and researching emerging ESG regulations. Reporting directly to ESG Partners, the role also involves collaboration with a broader community of over 25 Paralegals in the Investment Funds Group. Previous transactional paralegal experience in a Top 50 practice alongside motivation, organisational skills, and adaptability are key, with the opportunity to expand the role based on individual capabilities.
