Our client is a leading international digital infrastructure company headquartered in the US.

Due to continuous growth of the business, they are now looking for a

Corporate Counsel Germany (f/m/d)

to join the EMEA Legal Team and to be based in their Frankfurt office (Frankfurt am Main). The role also offers flexible working arrangements. As Corporate Counsel Germany you will be the first lawyer in Germany and you will head the legal function for the fast-growing regional business. In this role you will be a legal strategic partner to the German business. You will work closely with a multitude of departments and functions, and you will work in a generalist commercial role. You will negotiate and draft various contracts and corporate documents. You will communicate with various external partners and attend negotiations with the business and third party vendors, land owners and others. Also, you will work on governance and compliance matters.

You will be a German qualified lawyer with substantial professional experience from an international company, ideally also from a renowned law firm. You will have a generalist commercial law background, excellent knowledge of negotiating and drafting complex contracts and experience in commercial transactions, particularly with supply chain and/or service agreements. Ideally, you will also have experience in construction and/ or real estate as well as in compliance matters. You will have experience in stakeholder management and you will have a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Fluency in German and English is mandatory for this position.
