For our client, a leading international company in the manufacturing/energy industry, we are currently looking for a

Corporate Counsel (m/f/d)

to join the global legal team and to be based in the company’s HQ in Zug/Switzerland. The position will work closely with the management and Group General Counsel (direct reporting line into the GC) as well as the broader Legal Team.

In this position, you will have a special focus on all corporate law activities of the group, advise on strategic projects and M&A matters. You will advise on corporate law, capital market law (including SIX regulations), the law of stock corporations, and you will support in corporate housekeeping topics. Furthermore, you will also support the Commercial Law Team in various commercial law matters.

You will be a (DACH) qualified lawyer with work experience from a renowned law firm and/or an international company. You will have very good knowlegde of a broad range of corporate law topics including stock exchange law. You will have excellent communication skills, you will enjoy taking over responsibility and you will work precisely and diligently. You will speak fluently German and English, and you will have experience working in both languages.
