About the Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel (M&A) to join a business which is a part of one of the world’s largest and most diverse conglomerates. Their primary business is downstream lubricants, manufacturing and distributing petroleum products through its operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Central and South America.
About the Role
This position will be based in the London office, reporting to the VP Legal. The primary focus is supporting the corporate and strategic growth projects of the business as it expands its global presence. Responsibilities will include assisting with M&A, investments and other strategic transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
About You
You will be a UK qualified solicitor, ideally with 2+ PQE and prior experience in a corporate team of a law firm. You will also have experience with a variety of domestic and international corporate matters, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and working in an international multi-cultural environment.
