The Role
An opportunity has arisen for experienced Associates and Senior Associates to join a highly successful Corporate team based in Birmingham. Acting for a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, the team advises on high-value transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and equity capital markets. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior partners on complex matters whilst mentoring junior team members, alongside involvement in business development and client relationship initiatives.
What They’re Looking For
- Solicitor qualified in England & Wales, ideally 3+ years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong experience across M&A, private equity, and ECM transactions
- Excellent technical, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Client-focused approach with commercial awareness
- Ability to mentor and support junior lawyers
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
- Ambition and drive to progress within a leading national firm
