Corporate Legal Associate - International Firm - Dublin

A well regarded International firm is seeking to recruit a highly skilled Legal Associate to join the Corporate department of their newly established Dublin Office.

They are looking for an individual with strong corporate experience and an interest in joining a thriving international team. The successful candidate will be tasked with advising companies and management teams on a wide variety of venture capital investments, M&A Transactions and private equity transactions.

Experience working in M&A and VC from a leading Irish firm is required but they will be happy to look at candidates with a varying level of PQE.
