Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) | Birmingham

My client is a leading international law firm looking for a talented Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join their high‑performing Birmingham team.

The Role

Join a dynamic, collaborative corporate practice advising major public and private companies on high‑value M&A, private equity, corporate finance and cross‑border transactions. You’ll work across a broad mix of matters and sectors, with real responsibility from day one.

Expect hands‑on transactional work across:

• General M&A
• FS and TMT deals
• Public company advisory
• Private capital
• Energy & infrastructure

International exposure and client secondments are available.

What They’re Looking For

• 2-4 PQE in corporate law
• Strong transaction experience and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
• Team‑oriented, commercially aware and keen to develop
• Ability to build relationships across teams and support junior colleagues
