Corporate Associate

Rare opportunity for a 2+ PQE corporate lawyer looking to work in a full-service global law firm with strong sector experience.

Based in the firm’s Manchester office, this role would suit a talented, ambitious and proactive corporate lawyer with at least 2 years PQE looking to develop and thrive within a dynamic team with an international focus.

The role will involve working on a wide range of clients acting for a large number of the region’s listed companies, private equity clients and cross-jurisdictional deals. There will also be the chance to work with colleagues in other UK offices and overseas.

The successful candidate will gain experience working on a wide range of corporate deals including General M&A, FS M&A, TMT M&A, Public Company Advisory, Private Capital and Energy and Infrastructure work.

The team are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to work on a number of separate transactions at once and have the ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines. Strong client care skills are essential as well as the ability to build excellent relationships with colleagues you work with and other practice groups and feel comfortable supporting junior colleagues.
