We are currently seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor with 2 to 5 years of PQE to join a leading UK-based law firm in London. Role Details:

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will join a dynamic team that emphasises low target hours and high-quality work across a range of corporate transactions. You will have the opportunity to work on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and other complex corporate matters for clients in innovative and growth-oriented sectors, including media, entertainment, sport, and private client services.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer with 2 to 5 years of PQE, ideally gained from a reputable City or international law firm. You should have strong technical skills in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. Experience in advising on securities regulations and public market transactions (e.g., AIM, London Stock Exchange) is advantageous.

You should demonstrate excellent communication and drafting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex transactions effectively.
