Corporate Access Coordinator
A leading investment management firm is seeking a high-impact Corporate Access Coordinator to act as a strategic partner to its investment team in Hong Kong. This is more than coordination – you will be an extension of the investment team, drive access, optimize analyst time, and play a key role in how investment opportunities are sourced and prioritized.
What you will be doing:
· Manage complex calendars and meetings for multiple investment professionals, prioritizing meetings and travel in line with strategic priorities and time sensitivity.
· Manage global conferences, NDRs, and corporate access pipelines end-to-end
· Build and maintain relationships with brokers, IR teams, and corporates
· Improve workflows using AI tools and smarter process design
· Manage end-to-end travel, logistics, and meeting arrangement, including administrative coordination, managing itineraries, expense processing
You must have:
· 5+ years’ experience in corporate access, EA, or research support within financial services
· Proven ability to support multiple senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments
· Strong judgment, organization, and stakeholder management skills
· Confident communicator with external-facing professionalism and persistence
· Excellent communication skills in English is a prerequisite; Mandarin or Cantonese preferred but not essential
