Following recent structural changes, they’re expanding their Corporate M&A and PE practice in international jurisdictions, including US, Germany, Asia and Europe. This is a very exciting time to join the London office, as you won’t only be part of the second-largest team of the firm but you’ll be able to contribute to its seamless growth and specialization of the private equity market.
They’re looking for someone with the following criteria:
- UK qualified lawyer practicing in top-30 UK,US or International firm
- 5-8 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong technical knowledge on corporate M&A and PE matters
- Innovative mindset and team ethic
