Contractor (Senior Counsel) – Med Tech/ Pharma
This is a great opportunity to join a well established legal team of 7 lawyers in a global med tech/ pharma business with offices internationally. They are a listed business and the legal team enjoy great variety and a great deal of value and input into the businesses transactions and commercial strategies.
As a contractor, you will enjoy international and varied commercial legal matters and stand alone projects. Matters can be complex and high value and consist of matters in a variety of countries spanning EMEA + APAC regions.
Ideal candidate:
– Be at least 5 years PQE
– Be a team player but able to handle a variety of work autonomously and with confidence
– Have international legal exposure (Middle East, EMEA, APAC)
– Have significant commercial legal awareness but also experience working within a highly regulated environment.
– Have med tech/ healthcare/ pharma exposure (not essential if you have the above experience and adaptable experience)
– Able to start within 1-2 weeks maximum (immediately available desirable)
Contract duration: 3-4 month contract initially
Start date: This need is of high important to our client and required a quick start – ideally in October.
Full time OR Part time (client is very keen on exploring part time options too)
Day rate: Highly dependent on experience – can discuss budgets
