A fantastic opportunity for a contentious insolvency lawyer to join a reputable national firm in Birmingham. The team are looking for an NQ – 3PQE insolvency disputes lawyer to join it’s national team.

This is an excellent opportunity for progression, exposure to high quality work and excellent partner access from the moment you join. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on insolvency matters; including advising banks, asset-based lenders, boards of directors and insolvency practitioners.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and have some experience of insolvency disputes is essential. The firm will also consider general litigation experience so long as you have handled some insolvency disputes. You will also have the confidence to drive projects as well as energy and enthusiasm for Restructuring and Insolvency law.
