Construction Professional Indemnity Solicitor NQ+

Taylor Root is instructed on behalf of a leading international law firm in London currently recruiting for their construction professional indemnity team. The team are offering an opportunity to work on high quality contentious construction claims and policy coverage.

Here you will act for insurers, as well as UK’s largest contractions and construction consultancies, defending claims against a range of professionals including engineers, architects, surveyors etc. As well as defending liability claims, you will also advise on adjudication, arbitration matters and additional proceedings.

The hiring partner is keen to hear from NQ to 4PQE qualified solicitors that have strong construction experience with a demonstrable interest in construction professional indemnity. Insurance experience is not essential and training will be provided.
