Role Overview:
As a non-contentious construction associate / senior associate, you will provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of national non-contentious building, construction, and engineering work. You will work closely with a broad sector of clients from both the employer and developer sides.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Work: Engage with clients across the entire spectrum of the construction industry, including employers, contractors, subcontractors, developers, and suppliers.
Legal Advice: Provide expert advice regarding all aspects of non-contentious construction law, ensuring clients’ projects are legally sound from inception to completion.

Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with a strong background in non-contentious construction law with minimum 4PQE.
Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of clients in the construction sector.
