Construction Litigation Senior Associate

Our client is a leading national law firm with a long-standing reputation in the market. The Real Estate sector at this firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate to work on construction and engineering projects. They are happy to consider those based in Birmingham or in another location, as the firm is location agnostic.

Recent work the team has been involved in includes but not limited to re-cladding projects, M&E contractors both on the advisory side as well as handling disputes, working for new residential developments etc, acting for contractors on multi-million pound projects in Europe.

You will ideally have minimum five years post qualification contentious construction experience. The hiring managers are particularly keen to speak to experienced lawyers with a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction experience.
