Leading regional firm in Birmingham seek a non-contentious construction lawyer with 1+PQE.

About the work:
The firm’s market leading construction team are involved in projects at all levels with recent and ongoing instructions ranging in value from £100,000s to £ms/£bns. All projects they get involved in have a clear link to their purpose to improve lives, communities and society as this is central to their work. The work will vary from helping charities to build/refurbish their headquarters to large scale highways contracts to building a major new relief road or a renewable energy project.

About the candidate:
– solid technical and analytical skills with at least 1 PQE in non-contentious construction work;
– a clear drafting style;
– knowledge of the main standard form building contracts and professional appointments;
– sound general legal knowledge; and able to work on their own initiative or within a team.
