Excellent opportunity for construction lawyer to join thriving global practice in Birmingham.

Working for a great mix of clients in key sectors including; energy, chemicals, infrastructure, transport, waste management and real estate regeneration and development on the full remit of contentious and non-contentious construction law.

You will be working closely with senior colleagues for a great mix of household name clients on all aspects of their construction projects from the outset, advising on procurement contracts, standard forms of contracts (NEC4, JCT, FIDIC), EPC contracting, project life cycle advice and the full remit of dispute resolution including international arbitration, litigation and adjudication. The role will involve client contact from the outset and you will be enjoy developing strong client relationships in order to deliver excellent service.

Our client is looking for candidates from NQ-5 years PQE with strong academics who have trained and qualified at a regional, national or international practice with an established and well regarded construction team. Sound knowledge of construction law together with clear drive and determination to learn and deliver the best service to clients are essential skills.
