Excellent opportunity for an experienced non-contentious construction lawyer to join leading national practice in Birmingham.

Working for a great mix of sector clients to include; contractors, developers, public sector bodies, banks, sub-contractors and other financial institutions. The national team is led by partners with a wealth of experience working in private practice and in-house at major industry leaders.

You will be working closely with senior colleagues for a great mix of household name clients on all aspects of non-contentious work. The role will involve client contact from the outset and you will be expected to develop strong client relationships in order to deliver high quality service.

Our client is looking for candidates with experience of advising developers, contractors and consultants on; development and infrastructure projects, real estate and corporate acquisition work. At this level it is expected that you will have excellent technical knowledge including good working knowledge of standard form construction contracts and associated documents.
