Construction (Disputes) Paralegal – Top City Law Firm – London

Taylor Root have recently been instructed on a new paralegal role with a top city law firm, who are looking for an experienced Construction Paralegal to join them in their London office. This role is a permanent position and the firm operates a hybrid working model.

The firm is a City-led, international law firm with offices in the UK, Middle East and Asia. The construction team enjoy a formidable reputation across the industry, focuses on a broad range of UK contentious construction matters working across all the major contract forms.

The successful paralegal will be part of a highly ranked team and will be responsible for preparing bundles for counsel and court proceedings, document management, filing of documents, billing & archiving. This will be across complex and high value disputes concerning matters of project delays, financial losses, design responsibility, settlement of final accounts, and defects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Contentious Construction, but those who have a mix of Non-Contentious and Contentious you will also be considered. Those who are coming from an in-house background with a Construction company will also be considered subject to them having disputes experience.
