Construction Associate/ Senior Associate
The Firm
Our client is a leading Global law firm that offers access to complex, market leading matters working alongside some of the world’s best legal minds. The firm provide training and secondment opportunities across their global network.
The Role
Due to continued demand the firm are now looking to grow its construction group in Melbourne. You will work on broad front-end construction and projects work, with a focus on infrastructure work.
This role will see you working on international project types such as:
- Energy, Renewables and Power
- Transport and Infrastructure
- Defence;
- Commercial offices, hotels, retail and industrial;
- Major residential and
- Telecommunications, Software and Technology
The Ideal Candidate
You will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ PQE in recognised law firm’s construction, infrastructure, energy, resources or projects practices. Construction lawyers who are currently in-house but would like to return to private practice would also be suitable.
- Have hands-on experience working predominately on the front-end side of infrastructure, renewables, solar and wind products.
- Strong technical, drafting and commercial skills
- Strong academics
