Consenting Planning Lawyer

A fantastic opportunity for a planning lawyer to join a leading International law firm in Birmingham.

They are seeking a 2-5 PQE consenting planning lawyer to join their large planning & environment, energy & infrastructure team.

This is a great opportunity to work and be a part of one of the largest dedicated planning teams in the UK who specialise in a wide range of major projects across the energy, infrastructure & real estate sectors.

The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years’ PQE experience with a focus on all or any of the Planning Act 2008, the Transport and Works Act 1992, the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations and judicial review.
