Role Overview
We are working with a top international law firm looking to hire a Conflicts Analyst in Leeds or Manchester to focus on managing conflicts of interest and confidentiality issues, with opportunities to contribute to broader compliance and risk projects. The role involves close collaboration with senior advisory professionals and key decision-making committees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior advisors in conflict analysis and compliance matters
- Contribute to policy development and process improvements
- Review conflict check results and provide legal analysis
- Support decision-making committees by gathering information and making recommendations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage engagement terms and confidentiality protocols
- Participate in meetings and communicate decisions effectively
