We’re working with a prestigious international law firm that’s hiring a Compliance Systems Manager to join their London-based Risk & Compliance function.

This role sits within the firm’s New Business Intake team and will play a pivotal part in managing and enhancing the systems that underpin client onboarding, regulatory compliance, and risk management processes across the firm’s global offices.

Reporting to the Head of NBI, the Compliance Systems Manager will work closely with stakeholders across Compliance, IT, and Finance, supporting the development and maintenance of Intapp Intake, Walls, and other compliance tools.

This is an exciting opportunity, as the firm plans to roll out new systems early next year – and you’ll play a key role in that process. The position is hands-on and well-suited to someone with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of legal compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain compliance systems including Intapp Intake, Walls, and third-party tools (e.g. WorldCheck, Orbis).
  • Represent Compliance in stakeholder and vendor meetings, ensuring system needs are met.
  • Support system upgrades, data migration, and cloud updates.
  • Extract, analyse, and report data to support regulatory and business needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in system design, testing, and implementation.
  • Monitor system performance and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Maintain documentation and deliver user training across the firm.

Applicant Expectations:

  • 4+ years of experience as a systems analyst (or equivalent title)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in law firm compliance or business acceptance.
  • Strong knowledge of Intapp Intake and Conflicts; familiarity with Walls and Terms is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AML, client due diligence, and conflict checks.
  • Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Office; eager to learn new systems.
  • Experience in system improvement or change projects.
