One of Irelands leading Law firms is looking to recruit a junior Company Secretary to join their reputable team.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of compliance professionals who are known for providing top tier, comprehensive company secretarial services to a vast array of financial services institutions, private Ltd companies, Investment banks, asset managers and more.

The firm is looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role in another Law firm. An ICSA qualification is not essential but is preferred.
