CLIENT: This top tier organisation is seeking to grow and improve their company secretarial capacity withe a new senior hire.

ROLE: You will take a lead on all company secretary work at group level, as well as assist subsidiary entities with their work. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring and improving all matters and building out a team.

CANDIDATE: There are some essential criteria for the role:

- You must either have professional company secretary qualifications, or ideally, be a qualified lawyer who has moved over into company secretary work

- It's likely that you will need at least 10+ years of overall experience acting as a company secretary and working at board level

- A preference will be given to those who have worked in the energy sector, or ideally large or listed corporations

- Whilst Middle East experience is helpful, well qualified overseas candidates can also be considered
