This global advisory firm is looking for an ICSA qualified company secretary with investment trust experience to join their team in Chelmsford or London.
As the company secretary, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Organising the provision of company secretarial services, being mainly UK listed Investment Trusts
- Ensuring the successful preparation and production of interim and annual reports and accounts
- Assisting with business development to gain new company secretarial clients
As the company secretary, you will be ICSA qualified, ACIS or FCIS status and have previous Investment Trust experience.
