This business is growing exponentially and you will be hired to support the CEO and CFO in ensuring an efficient and effective Board including assisting the directors in managing the affairs of the Board in accordance with corporate governance obligations.

The ideal candidate will have around five years' company secretarial experience, preferably in financial services.

This business is particularly interested in Company Secretaries with a legal background as someone with a skillset in both would have the opportunity to pick up general commercial legal work also.

However, a legal background is not essential given the priority is company secretarial work, and they are happy to carry on outsourcing their legal work to external counsel.

The environment is fast paced and the culture is collaborative. You will be bright, switched on and capable of working autonomously.

This role can be full-time or part-time for the right individual.
