Commercial Solicitor

Leading national firm are looking for an experienced commercial solicitor to join its top-ranked team in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will have 3+ PQE and be involved in a wide range of work including advice on commercial contracts, high- value supply and purchasing arrangements, agency and distribution arrangements, outsourcing agreements, strategic projects, IT agreements, intellectual property licensing arrangements and data protection advice. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients from a range of sectors so you’ll have a nice broad base to further develop your skills.

The role will also bring ample opportunities to be involved in business development initiatives. There will also be opportunities to be involved in leadership activities, such as team supervision and engagement in other firm initiatives. There is therefore plenty of opportunities for skills development and further career progression.

You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the firm’s national Commercial, IT and IP practice. This national practice works with a range of FTSE100 and FTSE 250 businesses as well as a number of other ‘household name’ clients.
